A Good life for All

Dear Participant

In 2005, UnitingCare Community Options undertook an extensive round of consultations to develop its vision - A Good Life for All - and strategic directions for the next five years. Please see below for these.

Over the last five years, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that our services and our philosophy reflect this vision. It is now time for us to review our vision and to plan for the next five years.

As part of this review process, we would like to hear from you about how you see UCCO now and in the future.

To do this we would like to ask you to take a few minutes to respond to a series of questions. To respond, please select one of the questions below and create a comment on it.

Your contribution is important to us; the information we gather will be used to guide us in setting UCCO’s strategic directions.

Thank you.
